Who we are

YieldRadar (yieldradar.uk) publishes UK house price and rental yield statistics, aggregated from live property market listings and updated monthly. This policy explains what data we collect from visitors and how it's used.

What we collect

If you sign up for email updates, we collect:

• Your email address
• The date you subscribed and which page you signed up from

We don't require an account to use the map, area pages, calculator, or any other tool on the site. Those are free to use without giving us any personal information.

How we use it

We use your email address only to send you the updates you signed up for (e.g. new areas, new features, market updates). We don't sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Email service provider

We use Kit (formerly ConvertKit) to manage our mailing list and send emails. Your email address is stored on Kit's servers under our account. Kit's own privacy policy governs how they process that data on our behalf: kit.com/privacy-policy.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time, and we'll stop emailing you immediately.

Server logs

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard technical logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp, browser type) for security and diagnostic purposes. We don't use these logs for tracking or advertising, and we don't use third-party analytics or ad-tracking cookies on this site.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what data we hold about you
• Correct or delete that data
• Stop processing it (e.g. unsubscribe)
