These terms apply to anyone using yieldradar.uk, whether you're browsing the map, using a calculator, or signed in on a free or paid account. Using the site means you accept them.
Figures on this site are gross averages calculated from live property market listings, updated monthly. They're a starting point for research, not a valuation of any individual property, not a forecast, and not financial advice. Always verify current figures independently before making an investment decision.
You may not, without our prior written permission:
Normal browsing, and reasonable personal use of individual figures (e.g. quoting a specific postcode's yield in your own research or a one-off article, with a link back), is fine. Systematic, automated, or bulk collection is not.
Some features require signing in. You're responsible for keeping your login secure. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts used to violate these terms, including accounts used for automated scraping.
Paid features are billed through Stripe on a recurring subscription. You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
The site is provided as-is. We work to keep the data accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee it's complete, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. We're not liable for decisions made based on figures shown here.
We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
